Hi, I'm Vishal Aggarwal – a Software Developer and Product Manager who bridges the gap between engineering execution and product strategy. I combine deep full-stack and DevOps skills with a product mindset to define the right problems, build the right solutions, and ship software that creates measurable impact.

Currently pursuing my B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering at The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT), graduating in 2026.

What I Do

• Product Management: Define product vision, write PRDs, prioritise backlogs, and drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and business stakeholders. I use user research, customer interviews, and data analytics to make decisions grounded in evidence — not assumptions.
• Backend Engineering: Design and build scalable REST APIs and GraphQL services using Java Spring Boot and Node.js/Express. I've migrated REST APIs to GraphQL, cutting API calls by 40% at Bajaj Finserv Health.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Architect end-to-end pipelines with Jenkins and ArgoCD for automated build, test, and deployment workflows that eliminate manual release steps.
• Containerisation: Package and orchestrate services using Docker, ensuring consistent environments from dev to production.
• Observability: Set up monitoring and alerting stacks with Prometheus and Grafana, cutting system downtime and giving teams real-time insight into production health.
• Full Stack: Build full-featured web applications with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), including JWT authentication, RBAC, and reusable component libraries.

FullStack Developer Intern — Bajaj Finserv Health

• Identified a data-fetch inefficiency through API usage analysis and led the migration from REST to GraphQL, reducing API calls by 40% and improving client-side performance — a decision that required alignment across frontend, backend, and product teams.
• Designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD, enabling automated build, test, and deployment workflows that reduced release cycle time.
• Set up end-to-end monitoring and alerting using Prometheus and Grafana, improving system observability and reducing mean time to detection (MTTD) for production incidents.

Software Developer Intern — Heydo Tech (Client: Apni Mandi, US)

• Defined user roles and access flows from scratch — mapped buyer, seller, and admin journeys before writing a single line of code, ensuring the product architecture matched real user needs.
